If you need our assistance in reviewing your bill, or you need our help in finding your product, then please tell us your ClickBank receipt number for your purchase. It’s in your email that you used to purchase your product. Just search for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are not able to find that information, then don’t worry! In that case, please try to remember the product name and when you made your purchase.
If you are having a technical issue, and you are unable to download or view your product, then please tell us what kind of computer or device you are using to access our website when you contact us. If you know the name of the browser you are using, please tell us that, too.
Note: Please allow up to 2 business days for response. Typical response time is within 4-8 hours, but during times of high volume or unexpected low-staffing, response time can take up to 48 hours. We’re staffed Monday – Friday, noon – 9 pm ET (9 AM – 6 PM PT), not including holidays.
Also important: Please check your spam folder if you are awaiting a response, as sometimes our responses can be filtered into a junk email section.
